Media72 Environmental Policy

Media72 are committed to helping the environment, and have several initiatives to make our company greener and reduce our carbon footprint. At Media72 we are not only interested in recycling and planting trees to offset our carbon emissions, but also committed to reducing our use of materials and energy.

Media72 Hosting use a carbon neutral data centre offsetting CO² emissions using the conservation charity World Land Trust. World Land Trust regenerates degraded forest in Ecuador, working through local partners. Planting native species on land next to standing forest not only takes CO² out of the atmosphere it also extends existing wildlife reserves, thus preserving threatened habitat and biodiversity.

As much as possible Media72 run a paperless office which means we use very little paper, in-fact we get many times more paper in the mail than we actually use. We recycle all other waste materials where ever possible while also trying to reduce consumption in the first place.
